Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to contribute your skills in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide exceptional rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This 13-week contract offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours, giving you the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy while enjoying a balanced work-life dynamic.

Required Skills:

• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in rehabilitation settings, preferably in SNF
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid documentation
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience

Other Requirements:

• Must possess current CPR certification
• Ability to travel within the facility as needed
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
