Job Description
Join Intuit as a Seasonal Business Tax Associate, where you will provide expert guidance and tax preparation to help customers navigate their business taxes using TurboTax products. This role allows you to leverage your tax expertise while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on powering prosperity around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation
Interact with customers via video communications software
Create high quality customer interactions
Utilize professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions
Work toward meeting company performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong business tax preparation experience
3 or more years of experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Working knowledge of Circular 230
Proficient with technology and software
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Must reside in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers
