Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
Bilingual in Spanish
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Effective questioning and need identification skills
Proven success in relationship building and product referrals
Skills in using digital technology
Aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to multitask
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
