Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Social Worker, where you will support adults with serious mental illness to achieve their recovery goals. Collaborate with a therapeutic team to provide culturally competent care and empower residents to live independently in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical intervention
Conduct client assessments and develop safety plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with other service providers
Participate in case conferences and regular staff meetings
Complete timely documentation of all resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
