Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Utilize resources to provide accurate answers to customer inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
3+ years of business tax preparation experience
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Preferred Qualifications
2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Bookkeeping experience
Experience with service industry business tax returns
