Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Tucson, Arizona 85741
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 27, 2025
• End Date: January 26, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse, On-Site
• Float Pool: Will float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 - $1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing
• Willingness to float between departments and healthcare facilities as needed
• Excellent critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership abilities

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate advanced critical thinking and anticipate patient needs for safe, effective care
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing nursing education
• Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel
• Float between departments and facilities to meet patient care needs as assigned
