Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for patient care
Perform clinical duties such as discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs
Medication/vaccine administration
Phlebotomy and specimen collection
Perform diagnostic screening tests
Sterilizing/cleaning equipment
Maintaining examination rooms
Documenting information into electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of MA school/training program
Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience
Phlebotomy experience
Medication/vaccine administration experience
Value Based Care experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding
Knowledge of CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
