Job Description
As a Mandarin District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales growth and enhance customer engagement. Your role will focus on performance management, strategic customer relationships, and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district
Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction for Sales Consultants
Lead and facilitate district meetings to drive sales
Direct Customer Engagement efforts
Support and promote national campaigns and promotions
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to Sales Consultants
Execute territory planning and management
Prioritize relationships with top customers and high-value prospects
Required Qualifications
High School education required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
Bilingual in Mandarin
2 or more years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry
