Job Description

As a Mandarin District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales growth and enhance customer engagement. Your role will focus on performance management, strategic customer relationships, and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction for Sales Consultants
  • Lead and facilitate district meetings to drive sales
  • Direct Customer Engagement efforts
  • Support and promote national campaigns and promotions
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to Sales Consultants
  • Execute territory planning and management
  • Prioritize relationships with top customers and high-value prospects

Required Qualifications

  • High School education required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Bilingual in Mandarin
  • 2 or more years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry
