Join Intuit as a Tax Associate and work remotely to help clients navigate their tax preparation using TurboTax. With a focus on excellent customer service and professional interaction, you’ll play a key role in empowering clients during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
