Key Responsibilities
Set up the in-house blood draw program across US and OUS locations
Conduct onsite and remote monitoring visits
Oversee corrective actions to drive compliance with study protocols
Support development of study essential document templates
Assist in audit readiness and preparation
Support the in-house biorepository
Perform other clinical project activities as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in the life sciences or related field
5+ years of clinical trial experience in vitro diagnostics (IVD), medical device, or healthcare clinical field
Demonstrated agility with processes and details
Ability to apply critical thinking and solve complex problems
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to independently complete IRB submissions
Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
Global Clinical Trials Monitoring/Management experience
Experience with electronic Trial Master Files
Project Coordination/Management experience
