Key Responsibilities
Interview patients in a hospital setting
Assist patients with obtaining maximum benefit coverage
Complete applications for state and federal programs
Review medical records for benefit approval
Maintain communication with government agencies regarding claims status
Document status of claims and client contracts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Ability to work onsite full time
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Customer Service within a hospital or healthcare environment
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Knowledge of medical terminology
