Position Title: Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool
Location: Burlington, MA
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week), every other weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Unit: Critical Care Float Pool (ICU & PCU)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool team for night shifts. This position will float between ICU and PCU units based on facility needs. Candidates must be comfortable working in a Level I Trauma Center or have strong experience in Level II Trauma settings.
This role demands clinical excellence, adaptability, and strong collaboration in a high-acuity environment.
