Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you'll lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive profitable growth. Your role will involve coaching Sales Consultants, implementing effective strategies, and engaging with customers to maximize service delivery and sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Engage in coaching and direction

Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to use CRM tools for planning and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years' experience in the foodservice industry
Mastery of consultative selling and marketing principles
