Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of a sales team
Support efforts to enhance customer experience
Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals
Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff
Set clear expectations for employees
Lead and develop sales specialists
Identify training gaps and develop plans
Collaborate with other departments
Monitor payroll and commission processes
Prepare reports as needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong technical and computer skills
Ability to travel to and from assigned territories
Ability to work outside for extended periods
Familiarity with consumer and commercial communications devices
Must be able to work non-traditional work hours
Valid driver´s license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to complete documentation accurately
Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience
2+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Direct Sales practices
Experience with consumer education of products and services
Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+ years
