Clinical Responsibilities
OB/GYN office visits
OB/GYN surgeries (laparoscopy, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries)
Labor patient care
Midwife coverage for own patients
Support Staff
Medical Assistants
Administrative staff
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $280,000 - $350,000 (dependent on experience)
Bonus: Productivity-based incentives
