Key Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour coordination of patient placement throughout the hospital
Work closely with all departments, medical staff, and administration
Maximize the use of hospital resources to provide quality patient care
Required Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina
Minimum of four years of acute care nursing experience
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
AHA ACLS certification (or within 1 year of hire)
AHA PALS certification (or within 1 year of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in management or supervisory roles
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to function in stressful and emergency situations
