Job Description
Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Associate for the upcoming tax season. Work remotely with a team of experts to assist clients in filing their taxes, leveraging your tax knowledge and customer service skills to deliver exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
