Key Responsibilities
Monitor patients throughout their treatment
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
Support patients in adhering to their medication regimen
Collaborate with RNs and other medical team members
Foster connections with patients' families
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state
Compassionate and caring nature
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
