Job Description

Join Teleperformance USA as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative and take advantage of paid training to become a Licensed Insurance Agent. You'll resolve customer inquiries and enjoy a collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives
  • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support for policy changes requested
  • Support policy holders' needs with recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months Call Center experience
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
