Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service for customers’ retirement savings accounts
Educate and empower customers without cold calling or sales
Communicate critical plan updates and changes
Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
Process general account changes as directed by customers
Train and study to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or higher
At least one year of customer service experience or two years of customer service experience
Availability to work a 40-hour work week outside traditional business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Financial Services or call center experience
FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
A passion for providing quality customer service
Desire to engage with customers over the phone
Attention to detail and ability to learn financial industry policies
