Technician - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (no guaranteed hours first 2 weeks of contract)• 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP • Float to units with similar skill sets as needed • Complete routine to complex body and neuro-interventional procedures • Provide direct assistance to physicians with all interventional procedures • Work with ultrasonographic units, fluoroscopic units, and CT equipment of various vendors • Use electronic health records and PACS systems • Must wear Galaxy Blue scrubs • Required to push or pull minimum of 50 pounds • Must be able to walk long distances and stand continuously for 240 minutes • 3+ years of interventional radiology experience required (neurovascular and VIR)• Associate of Applied Science or graduate of accredited radiology program required • Required certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-VI, or ARRT-CV and Texas Medical Board Certification (MRT)• BLS certification required, ACLS/PALS preferred • Holiday rotation as needed • Manager phone interview required • Virtual orientation and in-person training providedFacility:
