Group Home Manager
Program Supervisor, IDD Services
Pay Rate: $15.50 hrly
Please Note: You should have at least 1 year of Caregiver experience in a professional setting. Supervisor experience is preferred. You must be available to be on call for any shift including nights, weekends, 12 and 16 hr shifts. You must have a full and valid driver's license (not an intermediate or permit) that you have held for at least 12 months. You must have a reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance that is to be used as needed to transport our clients into the community. You must be able to attend our paid orientation for two weeks from Monday through Friday held between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Must be able to perform all duties of the caregiver role including but not limited to: Cooking meals, administering medications, and housekeeping. Providing Personal care such as assistance with eating, dressing, brushing teeth, shaving, bathing, toileting or wiping. Providing Total Care and assisting the client in all areas of daily living such as feeding, changing, and transferring clients using manual lifting and lifting medical equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts. We cannot guarantee you will be assigned to a home without a client who needs total care.
