Collect, analyze, and report on programmatic data
Review, write, and maintain internal documents
Respond to queries promptly and professionally
Coordinate the creation, implementation, and continual improvement of change control processes
Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings and projects
Work collaboratively across departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
2+ years project or program management experience
Experience in Epic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health care or healthcare IT
Epic Data Courier Certification or Epic Data Courier Mover Badge
Proficiency or certification in an Epic application
ITIL training or certification
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience with client-facing communication and customer service
Experience with tele- and web conferencing applications
Proficiency with Jira or other ticketing system
Proficiency with Smartsheet or other project management system
