Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director of Construction to lead our campus development and operational excellence at 2 Hour Learning . This role involves overseeing regulatory approvals, campus build-out, systems implementation, and financial operations to support our innovative K-12 education model.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure regulatory compliance and approvals across jurisdictions
• Manage campus development from planning to opening
• Implement student support systems and infrastructure
• Drive financial strategy and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in complex operations, preferably with top-tier consulting firms (MBB or equivalent)
• Proven leadership in site development, vendor management, or enterprise systems
• Expertise in navigating public sector approvals and multi-entity financial management
• Ability to travel up to 25% and authorized to work in the U.S.
