Key Responsibilities
Lead collaboration with Suppliers to develop advanced electronic warfare systems
Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into tactical aircraft platforms
Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies
Develop and implement test plans to validate effectiveness of systems
Create and maintain technical documentation
Troubleshoot technical issues during development phases
Ensure compliance with military and regulatory standards
Support project management activities and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in writing/reviewing Environmental Qualification Test Procedures
Experience evaluating Supplier change proposals
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) analysis
Experience with tactical aircraft programs
