Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration with Suppliers to develop advanced electronic warfare systems
  • Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into tactical aircraft platforms
  • Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies
  • Develop and implement test plans to validate effectiveness of systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during development phases
  • Ensure compliance with military and regulatory standards
  • Support project management activities and provide ongoing support

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in writing/reviewing Environmental Qualification Test Procedures
  • Experience evaluating Supplier change proposals
  • Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) analysis
  • Experience with tactical aircraft programs
