Job Description

Join Sanofi as the Associate Director of Field Learning & Development for Vaccines, where you'll lead strategic training initiatives to enhance the skills of sales and marketing teams. This role involves developing comprehensive training programs, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving impactful learning experiences to support the growth of the Vaccines Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop FL&D function for the Vaccines Business Unit
  • On-the-ground execution and deployment of training experiences
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans
  • Implement and continuously improve new hire training programs and curriculum
  • Develop advanced training for ongoing learning
  • Manage the Product Review Board process for training materials
  • Establish key metrics to track and communicate sales training impact
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing for integration of training programs
  • Manage and deliver sales training materials for meetings
  • Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
  • Select and manage relationships with key agency partners
  • Provide strategic analysis and planning

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life science or business
  • 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
  • 2+ years leading national home-office based training
  • Experience in vaccines and buy & bill
  • Proven communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management
  • Ability to ensure training programs comply with legal and regulatory guidelines
  • 25-35% national travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training experience strongly preferred
  • Previous first line manager experience
  • Experience in the vaccines market
  • Sales launch, vaccine, and reimbursement experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and operations skills
