Key Responsibilities
Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
Engage in personal and professional development
Foster an inclusive and positive environment
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Positive and energetic attitude
Computer skills for documentation
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop
Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
Criminal background clearance
