We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a 10-week day shift travel assignment on the 12B Medical Unit . This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team in one of the Southeast’s leading teaching and trauma hospitals.

• Provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to adult medical/surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards and policies.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound and post-operative care.
• Accurately document patient assessments and interventions in Epic EMR .

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

   

• Licensure: Active and unencumbered RN license (verified through Nursys ).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• EMR: Must be proficient in Epic .
• Certifications: Current BLS certifications.

Note: No RTO (Requested Time Off) will be approved for this assignment.
