Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director to lead and inspire educators, create engaging classroom experiences, and foster strong relationships with families. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality education and care for elementary-aged children during out-of-school time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure effective site operations and maintain standards
Partner with parents for child care and education
Cultivate relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet state specific guidelines
Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work in various postures
Proficiency in English
