Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients in need of outpatient services. You'll manage appointments, provide excellent customer service, and play a key role in ensuring clients receive the care they need. Key Responsibilities
Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Document services provided in client charts
Schedule new and follow-up appointments
Confirm appointment formats and provider recommendations
Communicate with clients regarding appointments and clinic services
Perform data entry and handle routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service

Bilingual
Flexible schedule with rotation including some evening and weekend hours
