Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to the team
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
Ensure team members receive proper training and hold them accountable
Create effective work schedules
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Increase sales by building community relationships
Manage profitability through driving sales and controlling costs
Complete performance reviews for crew members and assist with manager reviews
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Handle guest and team member complaints
Ensure team works safely and follow safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and cooperative interaction
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
3-5 years management experience required
