Are you passionate about early childhood education and love the outdoors? Rainbow Playschool , a nature-based, community-owned, nonprofit child care center in Woodstock, VT, is hiring Infant Caregivers , Assistant Teachers , and Lead Preschool Teachers to join our nurturing, play-focused team!

We serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and have been a trusted part of the community for over 40 years. Our program emphasizes outdoor learning, hands-on exploration, and joyful development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Current Openings:

• Infant Caregivers ($16.50$19.50/hr)
• Assistant Teachers ($16.50$18.50/hr)
• Lead Preschool Teachers ($19.00$23.00/hr)

Full-time & Part-time positions available. No nights or weekends!

Qualifications Vary by Role

• Training and education support provided for the right candidates.
• Completion of (or willingness to complete) a college-level course in Early Childhood Education, Human Growth & Development, or a related field ORcomplete the Fundamentals of Early Childhood Education course within your first year of hiring (we offer financial assistance and mentorship)
• Lead Preschool Teacher - Vermont Teaching License required
