Job Description
As a Lead Teller at Capital Credit Union, you will oversee the teller line's quality of service, assist members with a variety of transactions, and lead your team by promoting member advocacy and exceptional service. You'll play a key role in training staff, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient operations within the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise teller line operations and employee performance
Assist members with transactions and inquiries
Promote Capital’s products and services
Train and develop tellers
Audit cash drawers
Handle member complaints
Delegate workflow within the teller area
Assist with Teller Supervisor duties in their absence
Required Qualifications
High school education
Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed instructions
Basic math skills
Experience with on-line computer terminals and office machines
Knowledge of products and services for processing transactions
