This position involves providing adult primary care services in a clinic setting from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The provider will not see patients under 18 years old and must complete Epic electronic health record training following credentialing. Credentialing review takes approximately 21 days before starting clinical duties.

THIS IS FOR ADULT PRIMARY CARE THE PROVIDERS WILL NOT SEE PATIENTS LESS THAN 18 YEARS OLD.

Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be completed before the provider can start. Once a complete credentialing package has been submitted please allow 21 days to process.
