Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
Develop strategic growth plans and drive revenue
Conduct market research and generate qualified leads
Create and execute strategic sales plans
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
Onboard new agents and distributors
Monitor sales performance metrics and report to leadership
Act as the primary contact for customer correspondence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing (or equivalent experience)
10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles
10 years' experience selling capital equipment in the packaging industry
10 years' experience negotiating contracts
5 years' experience creating business development strategies
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Proven track record establishing an agency/distributor network
Preferred Qualifications
5 years' experience with packaging equipment
Problem analysis and resolution skills
Understanding of flexible films or materials for packaging
Ability to use AUTOCAD software
Basic understanding of leasing and financing
