Job Description
Join Douglas Dynamics as a Technical Service Representative and be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and emails regarding products and complaints
Administer RMA claims in the warranty program
Assist in developing training materials and conduct training for distributor/sub dealer personnel
Install, service, and maintain Douglas Dynamics products
Participate in product fit-up checks and assist in field tests
Proofread technical literature and maintain orderly paperwork
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or high school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year experience in hydraulic and 12V electrical systems
Valid State driver's license
Ability to meet DOT requirements for operating a DOT registered vehicle
Ability to obtain a passport for business travel outside the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing snow and ice removal equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
