Key Responsibilities
Perform routine physical examinations
Formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans for treatment
Collaborate with physicians to develop evaluation plans for health needs
Provide treatment within the provider’s scope of practice
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training
Preferred Qualifications
At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Critical care and/or surgical and trauma experience
