Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery techniques
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT)
Active PT license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure in multiple states
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
