Job Description

Join Albertina Kerr as a Child and Family Therapist to empower youth facing intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges. You will provide vital community and in-home services, working within a multi-disciplinary team to support clients in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in community and in-home settings
  • Coordinate care with direct line staff and leadership
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance on shared cases with staff
  • Develop and implement individualized service support plans
  • Participate in training sessions and maintain documentation compliance
  • Pursue individual professional licensure within three years of hire
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for crisis support
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy or art therapy from an accredited college or university
  • Eligibility for relevant clinical licensure in the State of Oregon
  • Proven ability to provide Individual and Family Therapy
  • Specialized knowledge and skills to provide appropriate clinical services based on age and culture
  • Excellent written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills for maintaining calendars and clinical documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years’ relevant experience working with similar populations in an accredited facility
