Accounts Payable Coordinator
Braintree, Massachusetts

This individual is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients, tracking invoices, and record keeping.

PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at $50,000

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Ensure bills are accurate and paid in a timely fashion
Review AP invoices and manage entry into SLR financial databases
Process, update, and mail AP checks
Process monthly mortgages, loans, and rent
Serves as a liaison to SLR communities and external vendors regarding payments, and resolution of billing discrepancies
Prepare and file annual tax form 1099's
Assist in year-end audit preparation and record
Administrative office support

REQUIREMENTS:

An associates degree in Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years accounts payable or related experience
Ability to take direction and initiative, will work independently with guidance
Strong computer skills and technology skills, Yardi Voyager experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
