  Position Summary:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs routine and complex nuclear imaging procedures, including preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, while ensuring patient safety, equipment quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.

 

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 for qualified candidates.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and advanced nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately.
  • Ensure patient safety and deliver compassionate care to patients and families.
  • Conduct daily quality control checks on imaging equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory safety standards.
  • Report and assist in addressing equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development in alignment with hospital values.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health or related field.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Registered by CNMT (Certification Nuclear Medicine Technologist) and/or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine).
  • Must maintain active CNMT/CT and/or ARRT certification.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Advanced CT licensure required within one year of hire (6-month grace period).
