Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Residential Care Facility Cleaner and help maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Your role will significantly impact the quality of life for residents and contribute to a positive community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance issues
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
