Join Marvin as an Office Specialist in Warroad, MN, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the Marvin Home Center. This position combines customer service with office management, making it essential for maintaining organizational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Count tills, distribute new tills, and start up computers
Answer phone calls and take messages
Apply payments to customer accounts
Assist Office Manager with account maintenance
Assist customers with Ace Rewards and other issues
Complete daily reports and update spreadsheets
Order office supplies
Manage and update the monthly employee birthday list
Make signs for the store as needed
Update employee badge board for Ace Hardware Training
Assist with part-time employee scheduling
Assist with IT issues related to computers or POS systems
Assist with store events
Receive freight in Epicor and manage defective goods
Enter new items into inventory
Send and code invoices from vendors
Pick and confirm online customer orders
Required Qualifications
