Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and answering questions
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing project estimates and scheduling
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors for stock orders
  • Perform price reviews and ensure maintenance of pricing
  • Support all checkout functions and assist customers as needed
  • Train associates in the department
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
  • Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
  • Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
  • Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in completing customer sales orders
  • 1 year experience promoting product related services and plans
  • 2 years of experience designing customized products for customers
  • Professional certification related to the department
  • Bi-lingual skills
