Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up interviews with patients and/or families to ensure accurate demographic and insurance coverage
Use electronic insurance verification tools and process virtual insurance card submissions
Obtain point of service collections over the phone and/or in person
Confirm compliance with all required forms
Support work on follow-up work queues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry or typing experience
Strong organizational skills
Good telephone and clerical skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Ability to set and achieve high standards of performance
Ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints
