Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC
Fort Thomas, KY
Nights | 3–4 shifts/week (12 hours) | 13 Weeks | Start ASAP

HumanEdge Health is currently seeking an experienced LTAC or ICU Registered Nurse for a night shift travel assignment in Fort Thomas, KY. This opportunity is ideal for an RN who thrives in a high-acuity, team-based environment and is open to floating to other locations when needed.

Assignment Highlights:

• Location: Fort Thomas, KY

• Schedule: Nights | 3x12s or 4x12s/week

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• License: Compact license preferred for float coverage to nearby Ohio facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans for patients within 8 hours of admission

• Supervise and provide direction to LPNs, CNAs, and orientees

• Participate in weekly team conferences and support discharge planning from day one

• Provide patient/family education and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record

• Safely administer care in accordance with infection control and safety protocols

• Demonstrate flexibility in staffing coverage and clinical decision-making

Required Experience & Skills:

• Active RN license (KY or compact)

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in LTAC or ICU settings

• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and effective communication skills
