Position Overview

Eastside Center for Health & Rehabilitation, a 3-Star CMS-rated 69-bed skilled nursing facility in Bangor, Maine, is seeking a Director of Nursing Services (RN) . The ideal candidate will lead by example, working alongside the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff
• Develop and implement nursing practices and initiatives
• Oversee staffing, training, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license
• Preferred: advanced degree or certification
• Experience in senior nursing leadership roles
• Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
