Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise the 24-hour care of assigned elders
Implement and evaluate the elder's comprehensive plan of care
Facilitate communication of elder needs to the clinical support team
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs
Foster positive change and teamwork in the care setting
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Alaska Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
1 year clinical nursing experience
Experience in gerontological nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1 year clinical supervisory, management or resource experience
Experience in long-term care
