An Internal Medicine Physician provides comprehensive medical care to adult patients, managing acute and chronic illnesses primarily in an acute rehabilitation facility setting. This role involves creating personalized schedules under a private practice model, with no weekend work and a focus on patient-centered care. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and possible exposure to occupational hazards, while ensuring compliance with vaccination and PPE protocols.

Medrina is a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. We are currently looking to add physicians to the team in our Franklin, TN market!

What Medrina Offers:

• 1099 independent contractor
• Full-time
• Private practice model with 'round and go' flexibility where you create your own schedule
• Acute Rehab Facility Setting
• No Weekends
• We cover tail end of malpractice
• Proven Income $350K+

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.

• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
