Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager to support adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence. You'll manage program administration and client services, ensuring efficient operations and compassionate support for our clients. This role is vital in creating a stable and supportive environment for individuals on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various program administrative and operational needs
Maintain administrative systems and track program outcomes
Assist clients with entitlement applications and follow-up
Coordinate office management duties and maintain office equipment
Support program fiscal operations and monitor budget spending
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
Experience in Supportive Housing
Preferred Qualifications
Ability and experience in using electronic systems for tracking data and outcomes
Familiarity with Tableau, Avatar, Foothold, Sysaid, Intaact, Alltrac, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
